Condo Assurance is the first packaged solution that executes the processing of your association's check payments. We completely eliminate the need for our clients to make costly visits to the bank and handle cumbersome deposits.

Instead of owners mailing checks to a board member, or dropping payments in a lockbox, checks are mailed to our processing center. Our processing center is complete with check processing systems that allow us to function identically to your local bank teller.
How It Works

Our payment systems work with your association's checking or savings account with no modifications or account changes required. Condo Assurance will only deposit funds into the association's account and will have no access to withdrawal funds, view account statements, or access your bank account in any fashion.
When a check is received at our center it is immediately processed and the owner's online ledger is updated reflecting the credit. Funds are directly deposited into the association's bank account and available within 48 hours of the check being processed. For security purposes our systems store an image of the front and back of all processed checks with the physical checks being securely archived. Daily, weekly and monthly processing reports are delivered to the board to update the association's financial records or accounting system. Owners use our online account system to quickly and securely configure E-payments, which debit payment funds directly from the owner's checking or savings account. Recurring E-payments are available allowing the owner's assessment to be automatically debited from their account each month. There are no fees of any kind charged to owners for making E-payments.

The funds are debited from the owner's bank account and deposited into the association's account; usually within 48 hours.
