Connected Property Management, Chicago, IL, was founded by Paul Houillon to provide property owners a high touch alternative to the over priced and unspecialized rental property and community association management in Illinois. We focus solely on the management of community associations and investment property with a commitment to low prices, honesty and reliability.  

We have worked extremely hard over the years to build the reputation of Connected as a management firm that puts the needs of the client first. We are proud of our achievements on this front and will continue our focus in the area of customer support above all else. We have also been awarded with an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau for which we are very grateful.

Condo Assurance

We realize that many community associations have chosen to self-manage instead of hiring a full service management company. As a management company we also understand the amount of work required to properly support an association and the burden this places on the board members. Our goal of Condo Assurance is to provide proven tools to these self-managed associations at a pricing structure that will work within the most demanding budgets.
